Description

The GL-8 is serviced for filtration and purification of used SF6 gas to be reusable. It is capable of filtration and purification of 550kg SF6 gas typically found in circuit breakers, GIS or other gas insulated enclosures. The unit is compatible with other gas reclaiming cart and has a maximum 5.39×10⁴Pa pressure drop at gas flow rates up to 16.4l/h.

Chemical purification of decomposed SF6 gas to restore dielectric strength and filtering out hazardous and corrosive arc byproducts below normal laboratory detection limits (approx. 100ppm). Mechanical filtration of gas to remove particulates greater than 2 microns.
